If you intend to take Disputes Tribunal proceedings against another member and you require that member's contact details in order to take such proceedings, runoff.co.nz will release those details to you if you make a Statutory Declaration stating that you require that member's contact details for the sole purpose of taking Disputes Tribunal proceedings. You may obtain a Statutory Declaration for this purpose by contacting the Disputes Tribunal.
